This structured program helps individuals move beyond trauma-related guilt, shame, and self-blame by identifying and restructuring unhelpful beliefs formed after traumatic experiences.
Using a Cognitive Processing Therapy, clients learn to:
Identify “stuck points” in thinking patterns
Challenge trauma-related beliefs
Rebuild trust in self and others
Integrate a more adaptive personal narrative

College Student Anxiety Therapy Intensive
Designed for college students, student-athletes, and recent graduates navigating academic, athletic, and life transitions.
The College Student Anxiety Therapy Intensive helps recent high school/college graduates, and current college students manage athletic/academic anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, confidence challenges, and transition-related stress while building healthier coping skills and a sustainable performance mindset.
Clients learn practical tools to manage anxiety, improve focus, and build a sustainable performance mindset.
