Clinical Supervision
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts, I provide clinical supervision to MSW graduates and LCSW practitioners who are seeking professional support, skills development, and LICSW licensure advancement. My approach to supervision is grounded in the ethical and professional standards of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Social Workers as well as the NASW Code of Ethics. I strive to create a collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented environment where supervisees feel supported, respected, and challenged in meaningful ways.
I bring over a decade of experience working across multiple levels of care in Massachusetts, including:
Inpatient psychiatric hospitalization
Residential treatment programs
Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Mobile crisis intervention and community crisis response
School-based services for children, adolescents, and college-aged students
Outpatient therapy and long-term clinical care
Through this varied background, I offer supervision that integrates clinical assessment, crisis management, trauma-informed practice, ethical decision-making, cultural humility, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning—skills essential for competent, confident independent practice.
My goal is to support emerging and early-career social workers in strengthening their clinical voice, expanding their therapeutic toolkit, and deepening their understanding of systems, policy, and ethics as they relate to their day-to-day work. I believe in supervision as a professional relationship built on openness, curiosity, accountability, and mutual respect.
If you are looking for a supervisor who is committed to your growth and who understands the complexities of practicing social work in Massachusetts, I would be glad to connect. Contact me to discuss your goals and determine whether we are a good match for supervision.
How Supervision Works
After completing consultation form, I will reach via email to schedule a consultation call (about 15 minutes-20 minutes) to discuss your goals and needs in supervision as well as introduce myself and my experience.
If we both feel we are a good fit, we would then discuss scheduling supervision (weekly, biweekly, etc.). In supervision, we will discuss cases, review different treatment modalities that could be helpful, celebrate wins, and explore how to build confidence in your clinical skills!
each supervision session will be documented appropriately and both parties will receive a copy
