Individual Psychotherapy Sessions
Over the years, I’ve found that I work best with individuals who are motivated, goal-oriented, and view therapy as a meaningful tool to enhance their overall well-being.
I am a trauma-informed, HAES-aligned clinician who integrates a variety of
therapeutic modalities to meet clients where they are at.
My work draws from Relational Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and
somatic-based techniques (and more).
I tailor sessions to each individual,
weaving these frameworks together in ways that feel accessible and effective.
